Nascent Digital for TELUS
Role: Senior Product Designer
Responsibilities: Lead design, user research, wireframing, low and high fidelity prototyping, and support hand-off and development of features and any other design related tasks.

 

My TELUS is TELUS’ mobile services management app and is currently used by over 2 million consumers in Canada.

As a Senior Product Designer on the team, I was able to work on all aspects of design for the app - from designing small, but valuable features to redesigning entire sections of the app introducing the new TELUS design system to the app.

I was also able to lead broader discovery workshops with business stakeholders and lead research and user testing practices, establishing script, note taking, and result-sharing templates.
