Nascent Digital for TELUS
MyTELUS is TELUS’ mobile services management app and is currently used by over 2 million consumers in Canada.
As a Senior Product Designer on the app team, I was able to work on all aspects of design - from designing small, but valuable features to redesigning entire sections of the app introducing the new TELUS design system to the app.
I also led broader discovery workshops with business stakeholders and led research and user testing practices, establishing script, note taking, and result-sharing templates.
My day to day included collaborating with Product Owners, Content Strategist, Content Writers, iOS/Android Developers, QA’s and other Product Designers to ensure the best outcomes possible.
Case Studies
1. Redesigning the billing experience
Reducing customer calls by 247K annually and increasing usage of 80% of self-serve actions through a more user-friendly and simple billing experience.
2. Improving the Payment Experience
Increasing automated bill payments by 8% (~6k) per month, through the restructure of the payment flow as well as introducing a new wallet and card management feature.
